Band Recordings Live Pricing

Please note: Prices below are effective as of October 1st, 2019.

We offer several pricing packages to choose from to suit your needs. Please note we service the following geo-areas:
Orange County, Westchester County, Dutchess County, Putnam County, Manhattan, Rockland County, select northern New Jersey, select Fairfield County (CT), and more!

Audio Package – $600
Package includes the full flat-rate packaged services currently offered by Band Recordings Live. This package includes:

  • Travel time.
  • Time worked at your event.
  • Live social media (such as Instagram Live or Facebook Live).
  • Posting on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) during your event.
  • Audio recording and post editing to deliver you both the raw/original recording along with the edited/remastered, and tracking version of your live set.
  • High image quality photos taken via smartphone and posted to social media as well as shared with you after the event.

Raw Recording Package – $400
Packages includes a flat rate packaged service that offers:

  • Travel time.
  • Time worked at your event.
  • Recording your event.
  • Posting to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • No live feeds on social media (ex: Instagram Live, Facebook Live)
  • Providing you the raw/original recording of your live set.
  • Package does not offer any post-editing, remastering, tracking of your live set.
  • High image quality photos taken via smartphone and posted to social media as well as shared with you after the event.

Social Media Package – $200
Package includes a flat rate packed service that offers:

  • Travel time.
  • Time worked at your event.
  • Live Social Media feeds throughout the event (Facebook Live, Instagram Live, Twitter Live).
  • Posting to Social Media throughout your event
  • High image quality photos taken via smartphone and posted to social media as well as shared with you after the event.


 Extra Services – $30/hour

  • Your band’s rehearsal
    • Travel time to your rehearsal
    • Recording your rehearsal
    • Editing your recorded rehearsal (includes providing you with both RAW and EDITED recordings of the rehearsal)

Social Media Live feeds may not encompass the entire event. Only one social media live outlet at a time. Cannot do Twitter Live, Instagram Live, and Facebook Live at the same time.
All social media posts are posted on Band Recordings Live social media accounts by default unless explicitly requested to post under your band’s social media accounts.
